To begin the process, we need a few key pieces of information sent to Foreclosure Specialists. These forms are to the left on this page and should be sent in to the address below:

  • Completed Welcome Letter and Checklist

  • A completed copy of the Declaration of Default & Declaration of Beneficiary

  • The original note and Deed of Trust

  • An initial $1,000.00 deposit
